If my mates are in the same league do I have a chance to play against them? Getting on the Pitch for the First Time        Click on Rules to see the game Rules. You may join anytime during the Premier League Season for the Monthly game. Team players are selected using the Team Builder. You compete against only the other 11 teams in your league. You can join and enter a league or create your own league by clicking Sign Up. Squads You select 15 Players and pick 12 of these to comprise your game each week. The game is divided into Game Weeks. Any changes to your team (substitutions, transfers, captain changes) must be made by the Game Week deadline to take effect for that set of matches. Click Rules to see the deadlines. League Star is the only game that offers its members a League Blog. You can communicate with other managers by posting here.  Registered members may create their own Blogs at no charge. Lineups To change a team lineup you log on to your Game Page and use the Team Builder. The game is divided into Game Weeks. Any changes to your team (substitutions, transfers, captain changes) must be made by the Game Weeks deadline to take effect for that set of matches. Click Rules to see the deadlines. You do not need to change your line up every week. If you make no changes the line up from the previous week is carried forward. You must start a player at each available lineup position. To see your team results from the past week you can go to the Game Page.   You select the position for each player within your team. A defender must play as a defender etc. however. Player Values You have £100 Million to buy players. If you run out of money before completing your line up you must go back andselect less costly players. Player values are based upon their game performance and player history.  Player values are updated, generally on a weekly basis. Scoring Scoring is based upon a list of actions that earn a player points. These actions and points are set forth in the Rules section.  As your players score points and assists in Premier League games during the Game Week your team will earn points. Scoring statistics are processed within 24 hours of the end of the game.   All scoring disputes are resolved promptly by the disputes committee and are final. Winning the Game Your team wins by accumulating the most points based upon the performance of your players in real Premier League games. Cash awards are paid to the top 6 out of 12 teams in each league. Top prize for Platinum League teams is £1000, Gold League first place teams earn £145, and the Silver League   first place Team receives £1000.  The other awards may be viewed on the Cash Awards page. Each week your team plays one of the other teams in your league. This gives you the chance to go head to head with every other team in your league.
